Audrey Justine Tautou, a French model and actress, came to global fame through her portrayal of a shy eccentric waitress who won several awards in the romance comedy Amelie. Tautou, who is often called Audrey Hepburn for her good appearance as well as her acting talent and charisma, offers the best of both worlds. The pretty, dark-haired girl who comes from a scholarly family wasn't likely to pursue acting for a profession. Her father is dental surgeon and her mother was a teacher.
